Concordia College

Concordia College understand the importance of their print devices to the everyday running of the school. Used by students, teachers and support staff, the college had an array of photocopiers (from two separate suppliers) and numerous printers (from the cheapest supplier at the time of need). Charging students for copying was a manual process that was prone to inaccuracies, not to mention the unreliability of some of the copiers.


A managed print solution was provided for Concordia including replacing the aging machines with 7 new Konica Minolta devices (with no upfront costs) and a guaranteed 2 hour service response time. The new solution also allowed for automated cost recovery to be linked to student cards.


The automation of the cost recovery process has saved 1 day per month and the Managed Print Solution has assisted with budgeting and overcome the variable capital costs that previously occurred when equipment required upgrading.
