From the training we give our sales, admin and technical staff you know we are serious about training. Even more so when it comes to our clients.
We believe that to ensure our clients get the best return for their investment in our products we need to deliver thorough end user training. We have also found that if staff are not trained on a machine they are reluctant to use it. That’s why after installation and set up basic user training we follow through with our clients programming a user training programme in consultation with our clients.
We also offer free refresher training for the life of our products this can assist with new staff appointments or staff transfers ensuring our clients obtain the best from their business equipment.
